What Drives MOQ, Lead Time and Shipping Cost in Bath Glove Export Orders?

Release Date： 2026-10-12  Views： 887

For overseas buyers, the unit price of a bathing glove is only part of the equation. Packaging, minimum order quantity and shipping method often decide whether an import project is profitable, especially for hotel and spa groups that reorder several times a year.

MOQ is mainly driven by material and tooling. TPU honeycomb sheets are produced in set widths, so a custom colour or an embossed logo usually requires a full production run instead of a small batch. Standard colours and existing moulds keep the minimum low, which is why many first orders start from stock specifications and move to custom designs after one or two seasons.

Lead time follows the same logic. Cutting, edge sealing and packing take roughly the same number of days whether the order is large or small; the variable part is raw material preparation and printing. Custom retail packaging adds about one to two weeks, and artwork should be confirmed before production begins rather than during it.

On shipping, volume matters more than weight. Gloves, back scrubber straps and cleansing fingertips are light but bulky, so flat or compressed packing reduces carton size and lets a buyer consolidate several SKUs into one container. Sharing container space across products is usually cheaper than shipping each item separately.

Chenghao supplies TPU honeycomb bathing gloves, back scrubber straps and cleansing fingertips with OEM packaging. See the full range on our products page, or email jack@bathingglove.com to discuss quantities, packing and delivery schedules.
